Here we have listed some activities of the industrial projects that we have completed and stand testimony to our expertise and prowess. Incidentally, all these constructions are around Oragadam and Vallam Sipcot areas.

Kyowa Castec India Private Ltd

We have done an Industrial construction worth 1.75 Crores for Kyowa Castec India Pvt ltd which manufactures motorcycle or motorcycle parts, marine relationships and special machine parts

Johoku Manufacturing Private Ltd

It’s indeed a big construction work of 3 crores built for Johoku manufacturing company who are manufacture of automobile parts at SIPCOT Industrial Park.

Sakura Auto parts Private Ltd

We have created an infrastructure for factory setup costing to 1.25 crores for Sakura Auto Parts Pvt ltd at vallam vadagal.

Amita Technical company (P) Ltd

We have set up an Industrial unit for Amita which cobbles machines for net making with unique and original technology. The project value is about 2 crores.

Shinetsu Polymer India Private Ltd

We have established a production unit of SHIN-ETSU; a Japan based Polymer Company who is industry leader in PVC and semiconductor silicone products since 1960. It’s has a high project value about 4 crores.

Steel Strips Wheels Limited

We have designed and constructed production facility for Steel Strips Wheels Limited at Oragadam Chennai which designs and manufactures automotive steel wheels since 1991. The total project value is about 2 crores.

Ongoing Projects

Yamaha Motors

The bus parking project is in process for Japan based Yamaha motors which has an outlet in India .The ongoing bus project for Yamaha motors is about 2.5 crores.

Komatsu Limited

We forged the expansion of komatsu manufacturing facility in Chennai which is world’s leading manufacturer of construction, mining and industrial machinery. The project value for completion is about 3 crores.
